Parker practices civil litigation focusing on defending health care providers in matters involving patient care issues and risk management.

Parker is a third generation Virginia Tech alumnus where he graduated from the Honors College and the Corps of Cadets and commissioned into the Army. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Parker is a native of Cary, North Carolina and previously practiced civil litigation across the Carolinas for a well-respected regional firm in Charlotte. He is currently serving as the Out of State Representative for the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyer Division. He is an avid Virginia Tech Hokie Club member, presently serving on the Triangle Hokie Alumni Chapter Board and previously volunteering his time as Chairman of the Charlotte Young Alumni Chapter. When not at the office, Parker enjoys golfing, kayaking, playing tennis and visiting National Parks.
