After seeing her father successfully practice as an attorney in South Florida, Natasha eagerly pursued the same career path at an early age. At only 22 years old, she graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and passed the Florida Bar.

Natasha started her legal career at a Florida defense firm, focusing on professional liability and first-party insurance coverage. Shortly thereafter, she and her husband (whom she met in law school) relocated to Charlotte. Upon relocating, she began working at civil defense firm where she handled civil litigation in both North and South Carolina involving third party litigation, including employment law, OSHA investigations and citations, premises liability, vehicle accident defense, trucking defense, wrongful death, construction defects, debt collection, lienholder petitions, defense of government and municipalities, and insurance coverage/first party litigation.

Natasha has represented a trillion-dollar e-commerce company, a multi-billion-dollar automobile manufacturer, large insurance entities, and a multi-billion-dollar online lodging company, as well as small to mid-sized local businesses. She is experienced at managing all stages of litigation from pre-litigation through appellate work.

Notably, while nine months pregnant, she successfully argued a key turn issue in employment law before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. This case, Anderson v. Diamondback Inv. Grp., LLC, 117 F. 4th 165 (4th Cir. 2024), involved a real estate acquisition company’s drug testing policies and an employee’s claim of discrimination due to her use of THC and other cannabis products needed for an alleged disability.

As a result of her hard work and passion for litigation, Natasha was made a partner at the age of 29. In addition to zealously advocating for clients, she is passionate about promoting diversity within the legal field. Previously, she served as NAMWOLF’s Trials PAC co-chair for two years (2022-2023 and 2023-2024), where she assisted in coordinating efforts throughout the country to diversify litigation teams and the use of minority and women litigators by corporate partners. She continuously seeks opportunities to further promote the importance of DEI initiatives throughout the legal field.

In her personal life, Natasha enjoys spending time with her husband, Geoffrey, their spirited daughter, Olivia, and their animals, Bleu - their Australian Shepherd and Ninja - their tuxedo cat.
