Alyssa Agostino primarily focuses her practice on general civil litigation, including defense of automobile accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases.

Alyssa has always enjoyed academia and learning, which fostered her interest in the law. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in English from the University of South Carolina in 2015, where she also double-minored in Psychology and Philosophy. After undergraduate school, Alyssa moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating in the top thirty-three percent of her class.

In law school, Alyssa was Managing Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team. During this time, she also had the honor of clerking for two judges, United States District Court Judge the Honorable L. Scott Coogler and The Honorable Michael Graffeo, a Civil Circuit Judge for the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama.

Alyssa enjoys how the legal profession provides her opportunities to serve her community. She is a strong believer in the importance of Pro Bono work and actively participated in the various free legal advice clinics put on by the University of Alabama School of Law. In recognition of her community outreach, she was awarded the Student Pro Bono Service Award, the Dean’s Community Service Award, and the Order of the Samaritan, which is the highest public service award bestowed at the University of Alabama School of Law.

After law school, she began her career in Charleston, South Carolina, at a reputable civil litigation defense firm. In this position, Alyssa gained considerable litigation experience, primarily in the defense of automobile accidents, dram shop, medical malpractice, and municipal liability cases. In 2020, Alyssa moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she joined the North Carolina Bar and the Walker Allen family

Outside of the office, Alyssa enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, attending college football games, and spending time with her dog, Bear.
